Job Title: VR ARCADE MANAGER
Job Type: Part-time Contractor
Employer: Virtual World Arcade, LLC
Job Summary: Virtual World Arcade is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in retail sales and knowledgeable in entertainment and the Virtual Reality setting. The VR Arcade Manager must have great customer service skills in managing a multiplayer Virtual Reality Arcade during the operating hours. This position is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
• Opening / Closing the storefront (cart)
• Setting up/breaking down of equipment and displays
• Maintaining cleanliness in work area
• Operating equipment
• Assisting customers with VR equipment
• Processing payment
• Handling customer issues
• Guiding customers through process from Waiver, Payment, Gear-Up, Play, Gear-Down, and Survey.
Work Experience:
• Retail sales / work experience required.
Technical & Specific Skills Requirements
• A friendly demeanor in customer service
• Retail sales experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow instructions for VR related gaming equipment
• Some experience in playing video games
• A responsible and trustworthy self-starter
• Live in local area or within commuting distance
• Ability to work independently
• Be on your feet for long periods of time
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment during peak customer cycles
Compensation: Base of $12/hr + 30% Revenue Share
